Ways to Take LOMA Designation Courses

• Individuals who wish to take LOMA courses can be sponsored by their employer and enroll through them. 
• Individuals can contact one of the authorized testing centers below to enroll and take LOMA proctored examinations.
• Individuals can enroll directly through LOMA as an independent student.
  
  

Authorized Education and Testing Centers

The following Education and Testing centers in Hong Kong are the only ones authorized by LOMA to offer proctored testing of LOMA exams. These centers are required and expected to adhere to a high standard of quality and integrity. LOMA’s commitment is to conduct ongoing center evaluations to ensure an exceptional testing experience for students.

NOTE: Please note that the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (HKIA) only recognizes LOMA’s proctored courses listed below. Online interactive, self-proctored courses are NOT recognized by the HKIA at this time.

The Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) Designation Road Map

The FLMI is a 10-course professional development designation that provides industry-specific business education in the context of insurance and financial services. It is the world's largest, university-level education program in insurance and financial services.

• An enrollment in a LOMA designation course is valid for six months from the date of enrollment.
• Upon enrollment in a course, students will receive electronically all the current study material they need to study for the exam.
• Students should NOT use study material from any other source. Only the current content sent with the enrollment is endorsed by LOMA.
• LOMA does not recommend studying from old LOMA exams, as the course content has changed over time.
• LOMA recommends that students enroll for one course at a time to allow enough time to study and fully grasp the course content.
• LOMA strongly advises students to limit themselves to taking no more than one or two proctored examinations on the same day.
• LOMA is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or validity of test results obtained from non-authorized testing centers.
