Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing — please submit your request to customer.service@limra.com. A full refund is available until November 3, 2023. Cancellations received after the deadline will be charged a $100 (US) administrative fee. If the meeting is cancelled (not even held virtually), LIC will refund the total registration fee. However, LIC will not be responsible for any travel, hotel, or other costs incurred. Registrants are responsible for canceling their travel reservations.

On-Site at the Event
Adhere to social distance protocols.
Wash hands frequently throughout the meeting.
Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing.
Comply with any protocol signage displayed.
Self-monitor and report any symptoms to meeting organizers immediately.
If you are having symptoms and need to seek medical attention, there will be a list of service options available.
If you test POSITIVE for COVID:
Notify the meeting organizer and if you choose to remain at the conference, self-quarantine in your room for at least three days, or until you receive a NEGATIVE test result.
Once you test NEGATIVE, you may return to the conference. Please wear a mask for the duration of the conference.
Report your status to the convening team so the proper contact tracing interview can be conducted.
Post Event
Notify event organizer if you test positive for COVID-19 up to 14 days after returning home.

Make your reservations by October 23, 2023 by the reservations link or by calling the reservations phone number and mentioning LIC Preneed in order to receive the group rate of $219 single/double (plus applicable sales taxes). Requests after October 23, 2023 will be accepted on the basis of space availability. The group guest room rate will be offered three days prior and three days after the meeting dates subject to availability and must be booked by calling the hotel.

The Edgewater Hotel is a 2-minute walk from the meeting at National Guardian Life. The hotel offers valet and self-parking and shuttle transportation to Dane County Regional Airport (MSN).
