Highlights

LIC's Operations Committee Conference Call provides an opportunity to develop business relationships and share ideas with operations executives at other small to mid-size insurance companies and fraternals. The full-length LIC Operations Committee Meeting will be held in the fall.

Guest speaker Troy Schake from USSI will give a brief presentation with Q&A on what you need to know to be conversant about cloud technology and surrounding issues, facts, and fallacies. The rest of the meeting will be facilitated discussion on topics submitted by registrants, including:

• What fundamental changes have been made because of the pandemic
• Call centers
• Changes in digital strategy
• Agent contracting systems and automation of contracting
• Web portals and key features

The meeting will be held online via Webex; instructions will be included in the confirmation email when you sign up.
