Ed Rep FAQs for LOMA’s Learning System
How can I retrieve my password?
- From the login page of LOMA’s learning system, click “Forgot password?”
- Enter your Login ID, and click “Continue”
- Enter the e-mail address on file for your account, and click “Get Temporary Password”
- A temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address in your account. Once you log in with the temporary password, you will be prompted to change your password.
If you do not receive an e-mail message with a temporary password within 10 minutes, please contact the Contact Center for additional assistance -- education@loma.org.

How do I change my Login ID?
- Log in to LOMA’s learning system
- From the “Home” page, hover over your initials in the top right corner of the screen
- Click “Account” in the dropdown menu that appears under your initials
- Click on the “Edit Login ID” button that appears under the “Account” navigation bar
- Enter your current Login ID
- Enter new Login ID
- Confirm new Login ID
- Click Save
- You should receive a message at the top of the page indicating that your Login ID was updated. Your new Login ID will now be used when logging into your account.

How do I change my password?

- Click People
- Enter the student’s Name, Test ID, Login ID, or email address
- Click the Search icon
Alternately, you can leave the Search Users field blank, click the Search icon to get a list of all of your users.

How can I view a student’s course history or designation progress?
- Log in to LOMA’s learning system
- Click Transcript/Designations
- Click the course title for more information on the course
- Click the Designations tab to view designations
- Click the designation title for more information on the designation

How do I enroll students?
Follow the steps below to enroll students from your organization. You can also view our step-by-step How To document entitled: How an Ed Rep can Enroll Learners.
- Log in to LOMA’s learning system
- Hover over Manage
- Click People
- Enter the student’s Name, Test ID, Login ID, or email address
- Click the Search icon
- Alternately, you can leave the Search Users field blank, and click the Search icon to get a list of all of your users
- Locate the appropriate student, and select “Learning Catalog” from that student’s “Action” drop down list, then click Go
- Enter the course’s name in the Search field
- Click the Search icon
- You can also choose one of the categories shown
- Click on the appropriate course
- Click Add to Cart
- For courses with multiple enrollment options, click the Instance Schedule
- For Self-Proctored, click Add to Cart
- For I*STAR, click Add to Cart
- Select the exam site
- Click Save
- Repeat this process to add additional enrollments
- When you are ready to check out, click the Shopping Cart in the upper right corner
- Verify the correct course is shown for each student
- Click Checkout
- Select your Payment Method
- Click Use this payment method
- Enter your details if needed
- Select Accept Terms and Conditions
- Click Place Order
- Click View Orders to see the details of your purchase
An Enrollment Confirmation email will be sent to each student.

- Select Bill My Company
- Click Use this payment method
- Select Accept Terms and Conditions
- Click Place Order
- Click View Orders to see the details of your purchase
- An Enrollment Confirmation email will be sent to each student

How can I allow students to charge enrollments to my company?
As your company’s Ed Rep, you have the ability to allow students to charge their enrollment fees for LOMA courses directly to your company. Please contact us at education@loma.org to enable this feature.
If you do not enable the Bill My Company feature for your learners, they will be able to purchase enrollments for themselves using a credit card.

How do I use a Discount Code?
- When you are ready to check out, click the Shopping Cart in the upper right corner
- Verify the correct course is shown for each student
- Enter your LOMA-provided Discount Code(s)
- Click Apply
- Verify the appropriate discounts are applied and the new Estimated Order Total is correct
- Click Checkout, to continue the checkout process

How do I use an Accounting Code?
The Accounting Code is for your company’s internal use only, and is not required. Any Accounting Code you use will appear on your invoice to allow you to identify specific charges. This field can hold alphanumeric characters.

- Verify the correct course is shown for each student
- Enter your company-provided Accounting Code
- Click Checkout, to continue the checkout process

How can I review my Purchases/Receipts?
- Log in to LOMA’s learning system
- From the “Home” page, click “View Details” for one of the courses shown in the Purchases/Receipt section
- Click “View All” in the Purchases/Receipt section, if the purchase/receipt you want isn’t showing
- Click “Show More” on the Purchases/Receipt page, for additional purchase details

How do I transfer a student into or out of my organization?
- Log in to LOMA’s learning system
- Hover over Manage
- Click People
- Click Transfer User
- Enter the student’s Test ID, click the search icon
- Verify the correct student is shown
- To transfer in, select an organization from within your organization in which you would like to transfer the student, click Transfer
- To transfer out, click Remove From My Organization to completely remove the student from your organization
- A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen

How can I run reports that I need to manage my company’s learners?
Our Ed Rep Tools utility contains a number of reports and other tools to help you manage your learners. To view the list of available reports, visit Managing Professional Development and look under Reporting Tools. From this page, you can also launch the Ed Rep Tools utility.
