AI Leadership Experience

• Module 2: Virtual, 3-hour sessions:
• June 10: 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. ET
• July 8: 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. ET
• Aug 12: 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. ET
• Sept 9: 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. ET

NOTE: Times accommodate all time zones. Each session includes a short break for a snack or lunch. Member company business cycles and board meeting schedules were worked around.

• Module 3: In Person at Wharton
• Registration and Reconnect late afternoon October 19
• Sessions October 20-21 (2 days) with congratulatory reception evening of 10/21

• Virtual Follow Up: April 2027 (Date TBD, will be shared with participants November 2026)
  
  
• Sessions will not be recorded, per agreement with Wharton. 

• Standard Tuition: $15,000 per participant
  Early Bird Tuition: $13,000 per participant (available for a limited time)

Tuition includes:

• All instructional content and materials
• Wharton faculty-led sessions
• Onsite meals during in-person sessions
  (including networking receptions, breakfasts, lunches, and snacks)
• Wharton digital credential and completion certificate

Lodging, transportation, and off-site meal expenses are the responsibility of the participant.

Organizations are encouraged to enroll 2–4 executives per company, pairing AI vision-makers with implementers to accelerate enterprise-wide impact.

• AI Vision-makers: Responsible for setting holistic AI strategic direction aligned with business goals (e.g., talent, risk, compliance, ethics, long-term sustainability. Often oversee an enterprise or business unit (e.g., claims, underwriting, product, and customer experience).
• Implementers (with C-Suite support): Responsible for implementing AI initiatives and managing change. May oversee a major business unit or technology, or a support area (e.g., HR, Legal, Marketing) leveraging AI to optimize workflows, reduce costs, improve service delivery.

Sample functions/titles of suggested senior-level participants (not inclusive):

• Chiefs/Officers (e.g., AI, Data and Analytics, Human Resources, Information/Technology, Information Security, Operations, Risk, Strategy, and Innovation, etc.)
• Business/Operations/Functional Area Executives (e.g., Claims, Distribution, Product, Underwriting, etc.)
• Support Area Executives (e.g., Human Resources, IT, Legal, Marketing, etc.)

Participants who complete the 6-month experience will earn a LIMRA LOMA Wharton Certificate. This certificate recognizes their leadership, commitment to their professional development, and dedication to shaping the future of AI within our industry.
