Industry leaders to discuss helping more employers achieve holistic protection.

WINDSOR, Conn., June 16, 2025 — The Supplemental Health, DI & LTC Conference — to be held in San Diego from July 30 to August 1 — will focus on new strategies to address the growing need for more holistic health and financial solutions.

The 2025 Harnessing Growth in Workforce Benefits study, conducted jointly by LIMRA and EY, finds that 39% of employers want brokers who can provide all of the insurance benefits their company needs.

Kicking off the event is Elizabeth McCormick, motivational leadership success speaker. Her keynote will draw from her experience as a former U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter pilot to equip leaders with tools to inspire resiliency, innovation, and agility within their organizations.

Paul Krismer, noted public speaker, trainer, and author, will present findings that suggest happiness can lead to a more successful and positive workforce. Attendees will gain valuable skills on fostering a more positive workplace.

Concurrent sessions will examine market growth in long-term care insurance, addressing women’s healthcare costs with supplemental health products, and navigating regulatory changes in the disability insurance industry.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in focus groups for all three supplemental, DI, and LTC tracks.

The Supplemental Health, DI & LTC Conference, co-hosted by LIMRA and LOMA and the Society of Actuaries, typically attracts more than 250 professionals in the areas of retail and group supplemental health products, individual disability insurance and long-term care/combination products.
