Neil Sprackling and Adrian Griggs to Lead LL Global Board of Directors in 2022

WINDSOR, Conn., Oct. 28, 2021 ― At the 2021 LIMRA Annual conference today, LL Global, the parent company of LIMRA, LOMA and Secure Retirement Institute® (SRI®), announced Neil Sprackling, president U.S. life and health, Swiss Re America Holding Corporation, will remain chair of the LL Global board of directors in 2022.
Adrian Griggs, executive vice president and chief operating officer, Pacific Life Insurance Company, was elected vice chair and will succeed Sprackling as chair in 2023.
“LL Global has been a reliable source for knowledge, insights, connections, and solutions for the financial services industry — now, more than ever ― as we collectively emerge from the pandemic,” said Sprackling. “I look forward to working with the directors to serve as a strategic resource and to further our shared mission of closing the protection gap.”
The LL Global board provides oversight and guidance to LIMRA and LOMA to ensure the strategic direction continues to meet the changing needs of member companies.
Six new directors also were named to the board:
- John Cai, general manager and chief executive officer, China Pacific Life Insurance Co., Ltd.
- Caroline Feeney, chief executive officer, U.S. Insurance & Retirement Businesses, Prudential Financial, Inc.
- Matthew Grove, president and chief executive officer, Resolution Life US
- Mark Holweger, president and chief executive officer, Legal & General America, Inc.
- Jasmine Jirele, president and chief executive officer, Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America
- Gordon Watson, chief executive officer, AXA Asia & Africa
