The LIC Change Management Summit is a unique experience for small to midsize life insurance company leaders that combines subject matter expertise and a workshop environment. At the conclusion of the Summit, you will possess knowledge, processes and tools to build the "muscle" and discipline for change. You'll also understand that this is the beginning of a journey to become competent at anticipating and responding to inevitable changes in a way that propels you forward rather than holding you back.
