Highlights

The LIC CEO Forum is a great chance for chief executives from small to midsize life insurance companies and fraternals to get together in a unique peer networking retreat. 

The CEO Forum will begin in the afternoon on Tuesday, August 25 for an outing and networking dinner, and will adjourn by noon on Thursday, August 27. (For LIC Board and Past Board Members, there will be a Board meeting Tuesday morning.)

The program will include featured presentations and roundtable discussion topics based on registrant requests, as well as attendee introductions and activity reports.

NEW: Emerging Leaders Program

LIC Member CEOs can nominate emerging candidates for senior leadership positions to participate in the new LIC Emerging Leaders Program and Summer CEO Forum. There is a special discounted Emerging Leader rate for the CEO Forum, and the inaugural Emerging Leaders gathering will be held prior to the CEO Forum evening event on Tuesday, August 25. Registered Emerging Leaders will then be included in all CEO Forum sessions. Program is limited to no more than two per company.

Cancellation Policy

LL Global Cancellation Policy:

If a scheduled meeting or event is cancelled by LL Global (LIMRA/LOMA/LIC) for any reason, LL Global shall refund any registration fees that have been paid by the registrant. Under no circumstances, however, shall LL Global be liable to the registrant for any other expenses including, but not limited to, airfare and hotel expenses incurred by the registrant.
 

Registrant Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations/substitutions and refund requests must be received in writing - please submit your request to customer.service@limra.com. Cancellations received before August 2, 2026, will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received from August 2 to August 18 will be refunded, less a $375 processing and administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after August 18, 2026.

Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is at 12 p.m. Overnight self-parking is $50 CDN, valet is $55 CDN.

LIC Group rates are available three days before and after the meeting subject to availability. The resort fee ($35 CDN) is waived for the meeting dates but will apply for pre- and post-meeting extensions.

August 2, 2026, is the deadline for reservations at the group rate. After that, reservations will be confirmed on a space- and rate-available basis only.

Getting There

Taxi service is available from the airport at a flat rate of $41.40 Canadian (day price) and $47.60 (between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.) (Prices may vary.) Private transfer can be arranged with the concierge team. The hotel is about 20 minutes' drive from the Aéroport international Jean-Lesage de Québec (YQB).
