The LIC Operations & Technology Summit is anticipated to be one of the largest ever, with important topics for life and annuity company leaders in customer service, administrative services, technology, innovation, data systems, marketing technology (i.e., CRM), cyber security, systems integration, project management, and operations strategy. During this conference you'll have an opportunity to bring your own topics for facilitated discussion to leverage the enormous amount of knowledge and experience of your peers, in addition to structured presentations from forward-thinking experts in AI, change management, and more.

The meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Monday May 11 and end at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday May 13, 2026.

Registration

LIC Committee Meetings are open to insurance companies/fraternals, as well as vendors/service providers that are sponsoring the meeting. Sponsorship Fee will be billed separately (see below).

Insurance Companies

LIC Members: $350 by April 20, then $450
LOMA/LIMRA Members: $450 by April 20, then $550
Nonmembers: $650 by April 20, then $750

Group Discounts: Contact lic@loma.org for 50% off your company's third or additional registrations.

Affiliates/Service Providers

Sponsorship is required for Affiliate Members/service providers to send a representative to the LIC Operations and Technology Summit. Sponsorship includes one registration, with a limit of one representative per company (two for Premier Sponsors).

LIC Member Sponsorship Fee: $1,200 billed separately
Nonmember Sponsorship Fee: $1,700 billed separately

Send your completed LIC Sponsorship Form to lic@loma.org and you will receive the sponsor registration link.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing. Please submit your request to customer.service@limra.com. A full refund minus a $50 processing fee is available until May 4, 2026. No refunds will be issued after May 4, 2026. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.

Hotel reservations are on an individual basis; there is no room block so we encourage you to book your room as soon as possible. Plan to arrive by Monday, May 11 (meeting starts at 2 p.m.). The meeting will end about 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13.

Check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 p.m.

Passport Requirement: According to the U.S. Department of State, U.S. citizens need a passport that is valid at time of entry. If your passport is expiring before May, plan on renewal taking 4-6 weeks (2-3 if expedited) plus mailing time.

Equisoft and the Sheraton are across the street from each other in Downtown Montreal.

Taxi/Uber from Montreal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL) is available for about CA$40-50. If renting a car, the Sheraton has onsite parking for about CA$35/day.
