The LIC Human Resources Committee Conference Call is a chance for HR executives from small-to-midsize life insurance companies and fraternals, and relevant service providers, to get together virtually in a unique peer networking meeting. Join us to learn, share your thoughts, and get feedback from others involved in smaller-company human resources.

• What platforms others are using for Payroll, ATS, Performance Management, Onboarding & Benefits? (Please fill out the poll whether you're planning to attend or not — results will be shared with all responders).
• We are considering introducing additional position levels to help with career progression and compensation concerns from employees and would love to hear from others who may have done the same.

LIC Committee Meetings are open to insurance companies/fraternals. Vendors/service providers must be a meeting sponsor in order to attend.

Insurance Companies

LIC Member: $35
Nonmember: $50
Group Discount: After two paid registrations, use code GRPCOMP for the third and additional attendees to attend for free.
Fraternals: AFA Member Societies registrations is fully sponsored - register at the AFA Website.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations/substitutions and refund requests must be received in writing - please submit your request to customer.service@limra.com. A full refund is available until one day before the meeting (March 13, 2025). For cancellations received after that date, registration fees will not be refunded but substitutions are allowed.
