All senior management executives involved in or interested in preneed life insurance should attend this one-of-a-kind networking and educational meeting. 

Highlights

The itinerary includes meeting sessions 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, November 5, followed by a hosted networking dinner, and meeting sessions from 8-12:00 noon on Thursday, November 6, 2025.

The program features a thought-provoking keynote presentation, preneed case studies, preneed industry research, marketplace and product updates, and open discussion with peers in the business. Gain insight and practical ideas on:

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing - please submit your request to customer.service@limra.com. Cancellations received before October 15, 2025 will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received from October 15 to October 29, 2025 will be refunded, less a $375 processing and administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after October 29, 2025.

Getting There
Pekin Insurance is about a 20-minute (13-mile) drive from General Wayne A. Downing Peoria International Airport (PIA) and about a 60-minute (40-mile) drive from Central Illinois Regional Airport at Bloomington-Normal (BMI). Rental cars are recommended; Uber/Lyft have limited availability in the Pekin/East Peoria area.

Hotel Reservations
​The LIC room block is available for the group rate of $139.00 single/double (plus applicable sales taxes). Requests after October 27, 2025 will be accepted on the basis of space availability. The group guest room rate will be offered three days prior and three days after the meeting dates subject to availability and must be booked by calling the hotel, (309) 698-3333.

Please note that hotel rates will go up after the cut-off date or when the meeting room block sells out, whichever comes first. Make your reservations early to be able to take advantage of our discounted rates.

The hotel features complimentary parking and is located about 20-30 minutes from Pekin Insurance. LIC will coordinate carpools/rideshares for those who are interested in riding together. Email awittenburg@loma.org if you are interested in being a driver or a rider.
