The LIC Technology Committee Meeting is a chance for executives from small-to-midsize life insurance companies and fraternals, and relevant service providers, to get together in a unique peer networking meeting. Join us to learn, share your thoughts, and get feedback from others involved in smaller-company IT.
The meeting brings together 15-20 small-to-midsize life insurance company representatives and relevant vendors. The meeting will include speaker presentations as well as activity reports and facilitated discussion among the attendees.
Puritan Life and Benekiva are generously hosting the meeting at the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix. The meeting will begin at 2 pm on Wednesday October 2 with attendee introductions and discussion before heading to Old Town Scottsdale for a hosted networking dinner. Thursday October 3 we'll meet at Puritan Life for breakfast, carpool to the garden for the meeting until 12:45 pm, and then enjoy lunch hosted by Benekiva. For those who can stay longer, our meeting comes with complimentary access to explore the Desert Botanical Garden.
Who Can Attend
The meeting is open to insurance company executives, with a discounted registration fee for LIC members, group discounts, and a discount for fraternal members of the American Fraternal Alliance. Affiliate Members/Vendors must sponsor the meeting in order to attend (see LIC sponsorship opportunities).
Remote Option Available
Registration can be either in person or remote. Registration fees and discounts are the same - simply select your option in the registration form.

The meeting is being hosted by Puritan Life and Benekiva in the conference facility at theDesert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, AZ. The Garden offers five thematic trails to explore the fascinating beauty of the Sonoran Desert, from towering cacti and alluring succulents to brilliant wildflowers and lush trees.

Hotel reservations are on an individual basis; we encourage you to book your room as soon as possible. Plan to arrive by Wednesday October 2 (meeting starts at 2 p.m.). The meeting/luncheon will end about 1:45 p.m. on Thursday, October 3. Attendees can stay to enjoy the garden afterward; a typical visit is 1.5-2 hours.
We recommend staying in Old Town Scottsdale near Puritan Life's office, 7272 E Indian School Road, Suite 100, Scottsdale, AZ 85251, to be near the dinner and breakfast locations, and we'll carpool to the meeting.
