The LIC Financial & Tax Accounting Committee is a new resource dedicated to providing information, networking, and practical solutions related to financial and tax accounting needs of small to midsize life insurance companies. Senior-level accounting executives are welcome to sign up and provide input on the topics you’d most like to see covered.

The meeting is currently planned to be entirely virtual, over Webex. Here are some Webex guidelines and tips for the meeting. The itinerary includes meeting sessions 10am to 12pm Eastern, a one-hour break, and sessions 1-3pm. 

The meeting is open to insurance company executives, with a discounted registration fee for LIC members. Affiliate Members/Vendors must sponsor the meeting in order to attend. Find out about LIC sponsorship opportunities.


Registration fees have been lowered in view of the virtual format. With the reduced registration and no travel expenses, this is the best year to take advantage of this educational and networking opportunity!

  • LIC Members - $100 ($150 after April 28)
  • Nonmembers - $200 ($250 after April 28)

  • Nonmember Vendors - $500 includes one attendee
  • Additional Sponsor Attendees - Up to two additional, $50 per person



Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing. Please send cancellation requests to Christa Horne at A full refund is available until three business days before the meeting (May 7, 2021). After that date, a $50 (US) administrative fee will be charged on any cancellation requests. If for any reason this meeting is cancelled the LIC will refund the total registration fee.
