Multi-person discount (U.S. program): If one company enrolls three or more participants in a single, public Immersion session, each participant will receive a 10% discount off the registration fee. To receive discount, participants must contact the Facilitated Learning Program Administrator for special code to use during the registration process. Company must provide names of all participants prior to code being issued.

LL Global Cancellation Policy:

If a scheduled meeting or event is cancelled by LL Global (LIMRA/LOMA/LIC) for any reason, LL Global shall refund any registration fees that have been paid by the registrant. Under no circumstances, however, shall LL Global be liable to the registrant for any other expenses including, but not limited to, airfare and hotel expenses incurred by the registrant.

Registrant Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received by LL Global in writing by 4/7/2026. Email customer.service@limra.com. All cancellation requests must be received in writing. These requests carry a 10% administrative charge. Full refunds minus the administrative fee will be granted only on written requests received no later than ten business days before the meeting. No refunds will be granted if the request is received within ten business days of the meeting.
