She is President and Founder of Enterprise Learning Solutions, a firm focused on executive development and learning across industries — with many clients in financial services and health care. Kathy is an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics and has served as Adjunct Associate Professor at The Wharton School, both at the University of Pennsylvania. An award-winning educator, she is heavily involved in Executive Education at The Wharton School, Duke CE, and the Institute for Management Studies — on topics such as Complex Decision Making, Strategic Agility, and The Enterprise Mindset.
