Dave has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to his current position, he held various roles within financial services, including wholesaling, relationship management, and sales leadership.

Prior to joining LIMRA and LOMA in 2021, Ron worked with leading insurance sales agencies and carriers as a top-performing agent, regional leader, and sales and distribution executive.

Ron is an inspiring leader who fosters culture of inclusion, transforms corporate structures to optimize sales impact and promotes collaboration to achieve collective targets.

Adam Thomas graduated from Purdue University in 2007, began his career selling office equipment, and then spent several years at Bloomberg working in legal services. 

Later, he discovered his passion for the insurance and financial services industry. Thomas now works closely with numerous insurance companies and their wholesaling organizations to help them best leverage sales technologies to improve their sales processes.

As someone who always focuses on the win for his clients, Thomas believes that better data leads to better decisions.

Nimna Varghese is a Managing Director with over 20 years of global consulting experience serving the financial services industry, including life carriers and retirement service providers. She leads EY’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) risk governance efforts for insurance companies and co-leads  EY’s Reframing Retirement Campaign. 

Varghese is focused on assisting clients’ transformation in response to regulatory compliance matters across non-financial risk topics. She has led investigations, audits, regulatory, and forensic engagements for various clients, both in the United States and around the world. She focuses on transforming Regulatory Compliance functions enabled by data analytics, and automation.

2024 Wholesaler Leadership Summit – Cancellation Policy

In the event that a scheduled meeting or event is cancelled by LIMRA and LOMA for any reason, LIMRA and LOMA shall refund any conference registration fees that have been paid by the registrant. Under no circumstances, however, shall LIMRA and LOMA be liable to the registrant for any other expenses including, but not limited to, airfare and hotel expenses incurred by the registrant.

All cancellations must be received in writing. Email customer.service@limra.com. Cancellations received before April 5, 2024, will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received from April 5, 2024 to April 19, 2024 will be refunded, less a $375 processing and administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after April 19, 2024.​
