Highlights

The 2026 LIC Change Management Summit, "Enterprise Change Management Lab: Rethinking Change," is a unique experience for small to midsize life insurance company executives, combining subject matter expertise and a workshop environment with knowledge, processes and tools to build the "muscle" and discipline for change. Leaders in executive, ERM, Operations, Technology, and other roles will gain outside the box tools and thinking to help bring their companies out of intransigent antiquated processes and into the future. The program is ideal for small to midsize company leaders who are or will become positioned as owners/leaders of the change journey for their organizations. 

The Summit will be held virtually from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET on October 21, 2026. Webex meeting instructions will be provided upon registration. 

This intensive executive working session challenges participants to rethink change through the lens of psychology, organizational systems, leadership, and human behavior. Participants apply every concept to a real initiative from their own organization, culminating in a personalized Change Leadership Action Plan.
