The LIC Change Management Summit is a unique experience for small to midsize life insurance company leaders that combines subject matter expertise and a workshop environment providing knowledge, processes and tools to build the "muscle" and discipline for change. Leaders in executive, ERM, Operations, Technology, and other roles will gain outside the box tools and thinking to help bring their companies out of intransigent antiquated processes and into the future.
The Summit will begin about 8:00 a.m. on October 21 and adjourn at 5:00 p.m. on October 22, 2026.
