The LIC Change Management Summit is a unique experience for small to midsize life insurance company leaders that combines subject matter expertise and a workshop environment providing knowledge, processes and tools to build the "muscle" and discipline for change. Leaders in executive, ERM, Operations, Technology, and other roles will gain outside the box tools and thinking to help bring their companies out of intransigent antiquated processes and into the future. The program is ideal for small to midsize company leaders who are or will become positioned as owners/leaders of the change journey for their organizations.
The Summit will begin about 8:00 a.m. on October 21 and adjourn at 5:00 p.m. on October 22, 2026.
In this two-day immersive summit, participants will progress from understanding why transformation fails, to designing the future carrier, to creating an actionable 90-day roadmap for managing change at their company. Topics and takeaways being planned include:

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations/substitutions and refund requests must be received in writing. Please submit your request to customer.service@limra.com. Cancellations received by October 14, 2026, will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after October 14. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
The meeting will be held at the Starling Atlanta Midtown, where we also have a room block for attendees.
Discounted rooms can be reserved via the registration link above or by calling (800) HILTONS and mentioning the InsuraTec LIC Meeting. The block may sell out before the cut-off date September 29, 2026, so we encourage everyone to book rooms early.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Guests who booked in the room block will receive discounted valet parking, $40/night instead of the regular rate of $69. They also receive 20% off spa treatments. The group rate will be honored three days before and after the meeting on a space- and rate-available basis.
Getting There
The hotel is located a 12-minute walk from the Art Center stop on the MARTA red and gold lines. It's a 40-50 minute drive from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
