Who Attends

CEOs, CFOs, and senior-level investment and capital management executives at LIC member companies and other small-to-midsize life insurance companies and fraternal organizations.

Highlights

The LIC Investment and Capital Management Committee Meeting is a chance for investment executives from small-to-midsize life insurance companies and fraternals, and relevant service providers, to get together in a unique peer networking meeting. Join us to learn, share your thoughts, and get feedback from other small companies similar to yours as well as vendors interested in working with smaller companies.

The meeting brings together 20-30 small-to-midsize life insurance company investment/capital management executives and relevant vendors. The meeting will include speaker presentations as well as activity reports and facilitated discussion among the attendees.

The itinerary begins with an optional luncheon for insurance company and fraternal attendees at noon on Wednesday, September 23. The official meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, with introductions and presentations, followed by hosted networking dinner. Meeting Day 2 on Thursday, September 24, will wrap up with lunch 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Registration

LIC Committee Meetings are open to insurance companies/fraternals, as well as vendors/service providers that are sponsoring the meeting. Sponsorship Fee will be billed separately (see Affiliates/Service Providers below). 

Insurance Companies

  • LIC Member: $250
  • LOMA/LIMRA Member: $300
  • Nonmember: $400
  • Earlybird Discount: Sign up by September 2 and save $50
  • Group Discount: After one paid registration, insurance carriers and fraternals can use code GRP50 for 50% off additional attendees
  • Fraternals: AFA Member Societies save $100 - register at the AFA Website. 

Affiliates/Service Providers

Sponsorship is required for Affiliate Members/service providers to send a representative to the LIC Operations and Technology Summit. Sponsorship includes one registration, with a limit of one representative per company (two for Premier Sponsors).

  • LIC Member Sponsorship Fee: $875 billed separately
  • Nonmember Sponsorship Fee: $1,375 billed separately

Send your completed LIC Sponsorship Form to lic@loma.org and you will receive the sponsor registration link.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations/substitutions and refund requests must be received in writing - please submit your request to customer.service@limra.com. Cancellations received by September 16, 2026, will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after September 16. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
