Example of the "cite" tag: Citation format is pretty much italic, but you can use CSS on it to get fancy on the web, and it's important for search engines.

What the heck is inserted text? Inserted text. Oh. Looks like it gets underlined.

Described as short inline quotation, and pretty much just sticks quotation marks around it.

Complex nested lists

Ektron does a funny thing with nested lists—it adds a line space after the last item in the nest. It's possible to fine-tune it by adding inline styles, but inline styles are not best practice. If at all possible, rewrite the copy to avoid nested lists. (They can be kind of hard to follow anyway.)
