Highlights

The LIC CEO Forum is a chance for chief executives from small-to-midsize life insurance companies and fraternals to get together in a unique peer networking meeting. 

The itinerary will include an outing starting about 1pm on Monday afternoon, August 28, followed by dinner out with the LIC Board; meeting sessions and dinner on Tuesday August 29; and meeting sessions 8-11am on Wednesday August 30. In addition to featured presentations, we'll have plenty of facilitated discussion on topics submitted by participants. Sign up and let us know what you'd like to discuss!

We request that all conference and event attendees follow any and all applicable COVID-19 restrictions, rules, and safety requirements at the event that are either required by applicable law, rule or ordinance, or the event location. We thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation during these unprecedented times.

On-Site at the Event

  • Adhere to social distance protocols.
  • Wash hands frequently throughout the meeting.
  • Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing.
  • Comply with any protocol signage displayed.
  • Self-monitor and report any symptoms to meeting organizers immediately.
  • If you are having symptoms and need to seek medical attention, there will be a list of service options available.
  • If you test POSITIVE for COVID:
    • Notify the meeting organizer and if you choose to remain at the conference, self-quarantine in your room for at least three days, or until you receive a NEGATIVE test result.
    • Once you test NEGATIVE, you may return to the conference. Please wear a mask for the duration of the conference.
    • Report your status to the convening team so the proper contact tracing interview can be conducted.

Post Event

  • Notify event organizer if you test positive for COVID-19 up to 14 days after returning home.

The LIC Group Rate is $259 ($449 for one-bedroom suite) plus tax (deadline July 27, 2023). The daily resort fee of $35 is additional and includes bellman and housekeeping gratuities, Wifi, fitness center and hot tub, and in-town Park City shuttle. Self parking is available for $30/day.

Check-in is 4 pm on arrival day and check-out is 11 am.

Please note: Because the hotel is sold out, early check-ins will not be available. Those who need their room prior to 4 pm will need to include the prior night as part of their reservation.

Getting There

The Chateaux is 40 miles, about an hour, from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). If renting a car or staying offsite, you can self-park at The Chateaux for $30/day.

Yellow Cab of Utah (801-521-2100) is the airport’s only on-demand taxi provider; simply head from baggage claim to the taxi line 24/7. The metered rate to The Chateaux is $110 for 1 to 5 people. For Yellow Cab transportation back to the airport, pre-booking is necessary.
