LOMA Society of Greater New York Celebrates 75 Years

ATLANTA — November 20, 2018 — The LOMA Society of Greater New York (GNY) is celebrating its 75th anniversary. The LOMA Society of GNY, one of 14 Societies spanning the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean, is the largest U.S. Society with a membership of more than 170 industry professionals.

“It’s exciting to be part of a Society that has been around for such a long period of time. Our legacy is founded on supporting education, both within the industry as well as providing a scholarship each year to a local college student,” said Cindy Carlucci, president, LOMA Society of GNY. “In addition, our members have developed lifelong friendships from the many educational and networking opportunities available through our organization. Working with and receiving support from LOMA has helped the Society meet many of its goals throughout the years.”

“The LOMA Society of GNY has always shown great leadership, spirit and a commitment to professional development in one of the world’s greatest cities for insurance and financial services,” Jeff Hasty, senior vice president, LOMA management solutions and corporate secretary of LL Global, LOMA’s parent organization. “It consistently wins a variety of Society achievement awards. We, at LOMA, particularly thank the officers and members for their huge contributions and participation at our LOMA Annual Conference each year.”
