Tony Scott

ATLANTA — Oct. 5, 2017 — LOMA today is pleased to announce that Tony Scott, an innovative leader in information technology for global brands and the federal government, will give the keynote address at the LOMA Tech and Cyber Summit, to be held Dec. 4–6, 2017, in Orlando, Florida.

After working for some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Microsoft, General Motors, and The Walt Disney Company, in 2015, President Barack Obama appointed Scott to serve as the third federal chief information officer of the United States.

At the Summit, Mr. Scott will present Cybersecurity — Current State and Opportunities for Innovation, giving his insight on leading-edge approaches to enterprise cybersecurity and the transformational power of digital modernization.

In addition, Dan Roberts of Ouellette & Associates will moderate a panel discussion on leading digital transformation and disruption. Insurance industry CIOs will share their strategies and business models during this dynamic session.

“LOMA developed this event to address the increasing digital and technology innovation that is changing the way we do business and in response to the growing interest and concern of our members around cyber security,” said Jeff Hasty, senior vice president, LOMA. “The Tech and Cyber Summit and its featured speakers will give a unique viewpoint, focused on the financial services industry while providing insight and ideas our attendees can use to move their business forward and keep information secure.”

The LOMA Tech and Cyber Summit is designed for C-level executives, leaders responsible for data security, risk management and compliance, and those who need to use technology to solve business problems.
