Impact Cx: The Quest is now available for individual enrollments. This award-winning course can transform you into a strong advocate for your customers—one who can consistently meet—and exceed—their expectations and improve their overall experience.

We’re also happy to announce our latest professional development program, the Certificate in Customer Experience Essentials! There are three requirements:

Impacts Your Organization

Impact Cx: The Quest is an interactive, scenario-based, gamified course that helps organizations create a unified customer-first mindset among all employees. Now, organizations interested in a smaller-scale implementation have the flexibility to expose their employees to the course on an as-needed basis. The individual enrollment option also allows learners to access the course as part of their professional development plans. Registration is easy through LOMA’s learning system.

Impact CX: The Quest remains available for enterprise-wide purchase and implementation.

Learners with credit for LOMA 280/281, LOMA 290/291 and Impact Cx: The Quest will earn the Certificate, Customer Experience Essentials.
