Now available, the new edition of Customer Service for Insurance Professionals (ACS 101) can help all employees—not just customer-facing staff—improve the customer experience. Part of the Associate, Customer Service™ (ACS®) designation program, the course explains the importance of knowing your customers and presents the skills everyone in an organization can develop to most effectively meet customer needs.

Important Info for Ed Reps

Learners who were enrolled in the prior version of the course must complete the course before their expiration date. If they do not complete the course requirements by the expiration date and later choose to re-enroll in the course, they will be re-enrolled in the new version of the course. Any progress they may have made in the old version will be lost. Learners will receive an email explaining this requirement during the last several weeks of their original course access period.
