New for 2021 — Join us as a Supporting Organization

For an additional $1,000, any company submitting a group enrollment request can be recognized as a Supporting Organization of the Conference.  Supporting organizations will have their logo prominently displayed in “Supporting Organization” recognition areas, and will be given verbal recognition from the general session platform during the event. Supporting Organizations will also receive two passes to a VIP virtual engagement with a conference speaker. (Meeting time and speaker TBD by LIMRA and LOMA).

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing; email meetings@loma.org. Cancellations received by September 24, 2021, will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after September 24, 2021.  In the event that a scheduled meeting or event is cancelled by LIMRA for any reason, LIMRA shall refund any conference registration fees that have been paid by the registrant.  Under no circumstances, however, shall LIMRA be liable to the registrant for any other expenses.
