    Magie Cook, LLC
    Magie Cook is a Latino businesswoman who was born in an orphanage in Mexico. She immigrated to the U.S. on a basketball scholarship at the University of Charleston, where she obtained her college degree. Unable to find a job, Cook became homeless and lived on the streets. After being given a place to stay, she entered a fresh salsa competition and won unanimously. She was given $800 to create Maggie’s All-Natural Fresh Salsa’s & Dips, a company that grew into a multi-million-dollar business within 4 years. At the height of her success in 2015, Maggie’s Salsa sold to Campbell’s Soup. Shortly after, Cook went back to Mexico and helped rescue 31 orphaned children from a drug cartel. She is the author of the book Mindful Success — How to Use Your Mind to Transform Your Life.
  • Todd Kiser

    Insurance Commissioner
    Utah Insurance Department
    Todd E. Kiser was named Commissioner of the Utah Insurance Department on December 20, 2012 by Governor Gary R. Herbert. Prior to his appointment as Insurance Commissioner, Kiser served 10 years in the Utah Legislature where he specialized in writing legislation regarding insurance issues, medical care, and consumer advocacy. He is particularly proud of his legislative record, which shows his willingness to work on both sides of the aisle as a consensus builder. Before embarking on his career in public service, Commissioner Kiser worked for 35 years as an independent agent and insurance agency owner.

    David Levenson is responsible for leading one of the world’s largest associations of life insurance and financial services companies, representing more than 1300 financial services companies across 64 countries. Most recently, Levenson was a principal at Edward Jones and served on its management committee from 2015-2018. He was responsible for all products distributed through its network of 17,000 advisors in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to 2012, Levenson was president of wealth management at The Hartford Financial Services Group, responsible for the firm’s individual annuity, individual life, mutual fund and retirement plan businesses. He also served as president and CEO of Hartford Life, KK in Tokyo, where he was responsible for leading the largest annuity provider in Japan.

  • Margaret Meister, FSA, MAAA

    Symetra Financial Corporation
    Margaret Meister is president and chief executive officer of Symetra Financial Corporation and president of its insurance subsidiaries. She is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Meister joined Symetra in 1988, and was appointed chief financial officer in February 2006, assuming responsibility for the company’s financial strategy and operations. She became president and chief executive officer in February 2018. As a member of the company’s executive leadership team, Meister played a principal role in Symetra’s initial public offering in 2010, as well as its successful acquisition by Sumitomo Life in 2016.

He now brings his Disney experience to audiences, helping people capture unlikely connections, leading to both fresh thinking and revolutionary ideas. Wardle teaches Innovation and Creativity Masterclasses at Yale University, UNC and U.F. He also holds the American Citizen Award presented at the White House, and the Duke of Edinburgh Award, presented by her majesty, Queen Elizabeth.
