2020 Customer Experience Conference Postponed to 2021

In an effort to prevent coronavirus — and because of our commitment to the health and safety of our attendees, speakers, and staff — we have made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the face-to-face component of the Customer Experience Conference, scheduled for March 25 – 27 in New Orleans.

Restrictions on non-essential travel implemented by many of our member firms and other organizations have impacted the ability of our speakers, sponsors and other attendees to participate in the event. Moreover, we considered public health and travel advisories, difficulties with domestic air travel, and other recent events related to the spread of the COVID-19.

Your registration fee is 100 percent refundable and will be automatically refunded within 30 days. You do not need to contact LOMA for this refund. If you booked your room within our room block, please do not cancel just yet as we are working with the hotel to cancel all reservations internally. If you booked your room outside of our block, please cancel your room ASAP.

While we will miss hosting our members in New Orleans this year, we are taking this opportunity to explore a few options to offer our content and experiences to you, including digital events later in 2020. So, hang tight — we’ll be in touch with additional details as they are available.

I’m already registered. Does my registration get refunded? 
Your registration fee is 100% refundable and will be automatically refunded within 30 days. You do not need to contact LOMA for this refund.

I already booked my flights to New Orleans. What can I do to get a refund? 
Many airlines are currently waiving cancellation and/or change fees. Please visit your airline’s website or travel insurance provider for more information on updated change and cancellation policies.

I already booked my hotel. What should I do to cancel? 
If you booked your hotel under LOMA’s room block, your reservation will be automatically canceled and your deposit refunded. Please contact outside hotels and travel carriers to cancel other travel arrangements as needed.

Will the Customer Experience Conference be rescheduled to another date?
