Find out what others are doing, what’s working and what isn’t, and discuss common challenges and solutions. Topics will be pre-selected by participants, including:

• Placement Ratios: Where do you stand compared to your competition? What are others doing to improve theirs?
• 2017 CSO – Are You Ready? Is your company all set or running down to the wire? How is it changing your product portfolio? What is your experience so far?
• Automated Underwriting: What once was expected in 5 days is now expected in 5 minutes; automated underwriting seems to have become imperative. Who’s using which tools (Risk Classifier, Rx data, etc.)?
• Agent Support: How are companies communicating with agents (email, text, mail)? Are you moving away from paper or still mailing agent kits? What methodology do you use to support agents and offices? What are you doing to keep agents, and keep them happy?
• Growing Business: What are others doing, where are they applying money and resources? Boots on the ground or technology? How are they trying to get more business for the agents?
