In this session we will explore the evolution of the insurance industry in Latin America, its main characteristics, challenges and opportunities. Likewise, we will discuss the main trends associated with the sector and the strategic imperatives that will allow us to unlock the next wave of growth.

When surveyed by LIMRA about the top issues that keep executives and agency leaders up at night, talent and training consistently rank among the top of the list.  In many cases, having a degree is no longer the biggest or best indicator for success when it comes to identifying talent.  This panel group will be sharing some of the new ways they are profiling for potential new talent as well as what they have done to overcome challenges related to hiring and retaining talent both in the field as well as in the corporate office.  They will also discuss what they are doing to upscale and develop new skills for the modern worker in order to engage this new generation of leadership talent.
