The LOMA Service Turnaround Times Survey for Asia is a valuable tool for setting benchmarks and performance standards. Participants receive a customized report comparing service times of their company to the statistics of other companies in their region.
A summary report for your country (there must be four or more participating companies in your country) is also available.

Peer Group Comparison and Country Report
Purchase the Peer Group Comparison or Country Report to get a better understanding of how your company compares to the peer companies of your choice and companies in your country. You must select a minimum of four participating companies (no maximum) that you would like us to include in your Peer Group Comparison or Country Report, and we will create a separate report for you. In order to get a true comparison, we will not include your company’s data in the aggregate results. This comparison is an additional cost of US $600 per report for members and US $800 for non-members. (It is necessary for a company to participate in the survey to order a peer or country report.)
