LOMA and LIIC to
Host Service Seminars in Toronto
Toronto
,
September 20, 2004 –
LOMA and the Life Insurance Institute of Canada (LIIC) will host two
seminars in
Toronto
that will help financial services companies develop service strategies.
LOMA Policyowner Service Seminar will be held October 25-26; LOMA
Contact Center Workshop will be held October 27-28.
Both meetings will be held at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel.
The
LIIC: A LOMA Institute generally holds section meetings for its call
centre management and individual product administration sections.
These section meetings are being combined this fall with these
renowned LOMA workshops to allow members to learn from a broad range of
speakers and other industry professionals.
"We
are excited to co-host in these valuable
workshops,” said Debbie Cole-Gauer, FLMI, executive
director of the LIIC. “The combination of
general sessions and interactive discussions allow attendees to really
learn and compare the latest developments in customer service.”
Topics at the two workshops will cover maximizing workforce
effectiveness, customer contact compliance, and developing strong
customer service strategies. Registration
for each workshop is US$445 for LOMA and LIIC members, and US$745 for
nonmembers for registrations received by September 30, 2004.
Discounts apply for people attending both meetings, and for
companies sending multiple attendees.
