LOMA INTRODUCES NEW ONLINE COURSE COLLECTIONS

ATLANTA, GA—SEPTEMBER 25, 2007—LOMA, the leading trade association to the insurance and financial services industry, announces the launch of its new Online Course Collections. Covering such areas as Improving Frontline Call Center Skills, Providing Exceptional Customer Service, Life Insurance and Annuity Fundamentals, and Critical Legal Requirements Every Employee Should Know, these collections are composed of 3-7 courses each. Available through LOMALearn Online, the collections are designed to focus on topics of interest to key functional and product line areas of a company. As an added benefit, each collection is offered at a substantial discount off the total price of each of the individual courses in the collection if purchased separately.

“We’re excited to be offering these new collections,” stated Dennis Goodwin, FLMI, ACS, second vice president, e-Learning. “With so many courses now available through our online learning portal, we needed a better way to package our offerings to help customers select those areas of specific interest to them. The collections will enable us to meet this need, as well as allow us to provide customers with the benefit of an additional discount on their course purchases”.

Seven online course collections are now available, and LOMA plans to introduce a wide array of additional collections through spring 2008. Forthcoming collections will focus on areas such as claim administration, new business processes, project management, new manager skills, leadership, change management, teambuilding, desktop skills, and collections designed especially for New Hires within an organization.
