LOMA Courses Earn Credit Towards
Master’s Degree From Mexico’s ITAM University
ATLANTA, GEORGIA, UNITED STATES—May 21, 2004— LOMA
and Mexico’s Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) have
signed an articulation agreement establishing a collaborative relationship
to advance professionalism in the insurance and financial services
industry throughout México and the United States. Under the terms of this
agreement, LOMA’s Programa de Formación en Seguros de LOMA (PFSL)
courses may be applied towards credit hours for ITAM’s Master’s
Program in Insurance.
Students who complete PFSL280—Principios
del Seguro de Vida, Salud Y Rentas Vitalicias, PFSL301—Adminstración de
Seguros, and PFSL340—Administración de Sistemas en Compañías de
Seguros may apply for 33 credit hours towards ITAM’s Temas Selectos del
Seguro de Vida coursework. LOMA’s PFSL290—Operaciones de las
Compañías de Seguros, PFSL320—Mercadeo en la Industria del Seguro de
Vida y Salud, and PFSL 100—Fundamentos del Servicio al Cliente can be
applied for 33 credit hours towards ITAM’s Mercadotecnia de Seguros II
coursework.
