Author and Communications Expert Carmine Gallo to Address the 2013 LOMA Customer Service Conference
ATLANTA—July 30, 2012—Carmine Gallo, communication skills coach and author of “Fire Them Up: 7 Simple Secrets of Inspiring Leaders,” and “The Presentation Secrets of Steve Jobs,” will present the opening keynote address at the 2013 LOMA Customer Service Conference, March 13–15, 2013, in New Orleans, La.
