Exhibit and Sponsor Opportunities Available

The Compliance & Market Conduct Exchange, sponsored by LOMA and LIMRA, provides the ideal venue for organizations to promote products, gain branding recognition and visibility, and develop relationships with financial services decision makers. The conference attracts decision makers and influencers from a wide array of financial services companies including many of the world’s largest life insurers.  

Those attending will be involved with compliance, market conduct, and legal issues in the life insurance and financial services industry, including:  

  • Chief Officers – Compliance & Internal Audit

  • Legal Counsel, General Counsel and Attorneys

  • Compliance & Market Conduct VPs, Directors & Managers

  • Compliance, Market Conduct & Legal Staff

  • Audit & Risk Management Managers & Staff

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • A signed contract and full payment must be received by: May 22, 2009

  • To be listed as a sponsor on pre-conference marketing materials, including the registration brochure reaching more than 8,000 industry prospects, we must receive payment by February 20, 2009

  • To receive acknowledgement in the online program on LOMA’s website payment must be received by May 22, 2009

Exhibit & Sponsor Opportunities

Exhibitor Fee: $2,800

Two complimentary conference registrations are included with each display reserved. Additional staff members can register at the member rate of $895 per person.  The exhibiting organization may elect to register additional staff members at any time prior to the conference.

The exhibit area will be host to a reception on Wednesday evening, breakfast each morning and extended breaks on Thursday and Friday.

SPACE ASSIGNMENTS – Space is limited to tabletop displays or similar sized displays.  Each exhibiting organization will receive:

  • 6-foot skirted table

  • Electrical outlet

  • Two  full conference registrations

  • One-time use mailing list (Your choice - three weeks prior to or three weeks following the event.)

  • Listing in the on-site conference program

  • Listing on the LIMRA and LOMA CMCE webpage of your logo, description and website

  • Listing on vendor flyer included in conference registration packets

  • Recognition on general session walk-in slides

Display selections are not confirmed until the Conference Organizers have a signed contract. Spaces will be assigned by the Conference Organizers based on the order in which the contracts are received. Unpaid display spaces after May 22, 2009 will be subject to being re-sold to other clients.

Displays should be assembled no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24.  Displays may be dismantled and removed at the conclusion of the conference sessions on Friday, June 26 or at the conclusion of the 10:30 a.m. refreshment break on Friday, June 26.

The exhibit area will be host to a reception on Wednesday evening, breakfast each morning and extended breaks on Thursday and Friday. While there are no official hours for the exhibits, exhibitors are encouraged to have staff at their display during the following functions and times (tentative):

Wednesday, June 24, 2009

  • Exhibitor Setup:  2:00 - 4:30 p.m.

  • Reception: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

 

Thursday, June 25, 2009

  • Continental Breakfast: 7:00 – 8:00 a.m.

  • Refreshment Breaks: 10:30 – 10:50 a.m.

  • Luncheon:  11:50 a.m. - 12:50 p.m.

  • Refreshment Break: 2:20 – 2:40 p.m.

  • Refreshment Break: 3:40 – 4:00 p.m.

 

Friday, June 26, 2009

  • Hot Breakfast Buffet: 7:00 – 8:00 a.m.

  • Refreshment Break and exhibitor prize drawing: 9:40 – 10:00 a.m. Displays may be dismantled after this refreshment break.

It is in the best interest of the exhibitors to have a representative at their display during these periods.

 

SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES:

Sponsorships are not confirmed until the Conference Organizers have a signed contract. Spaces will be assigned by the Conference Organizers based on the order in which the contracts are received. Unpaid sponsorships after May 22, 2009 will be subject to being re-sold to other clients.

Sponsors of the below events will automatically receive the following:

Reception Sponsor, Wednesday, June 24: $9,000 – Includes exhibit booth
Continental Breakfast Sponsor, Thursday, June 25: $6,000

Luncheon Sponsor, Thursday, June 25: $6,500
Hot Breakfast Buffet Sponsor, Friday, June 26: $9,000 – Includes exhibit booth

 

  • For Reception and Hot Breakfast Buffet Sponsors only One exhibit space with one electrical outlet - the exhibit area will be host to a reception Wednesday evening, breakfast each morning and extended breaks on Thursday and Friday.

  • Registration for 2 people; additional personnel can be registered at the rate of $895 per person. The individuals will be officially registered and listed as delegates and invited to attend all conference events.

  • Recognition during the Conference.

  • Acknowledgement in the onsite program (sponsorship must be paid no later than May 22, 2009 to be published in the onsite program.)

  • Inclusion of a one-page flyer or small promotional item in all attendee packets.

  • Complimentary access to an edited attendee list three weeks prior to or after the event which may be used for a one-time mailing to those attendees.

  • Listing on the LIMRA and LOMA CMCE webpage of your logo, description and website

  • Listing as a sponsor on pre-show marketing materials (registration brochure), reaching more than 4,500 people. (A signed contract and full payment for the chosen sponsorship must be received by LOMA by February 20, 2009 to be listed in registration brochure).

 

Refreshment Break Sponsor- Four Opportunities (Cost: $2,500 each)

  • Registration for 1 person; additional personnel can be registered at the rate of $895 per person. The individuals will be officially registered and listed as delegates and invited to attend all conference events.

  • Recognition during the Conference.

  • Acknowledgement in the onsite program (sponsorship must be paid no later than May 22, 2009 to be published in the onsite program.)

  • Inclusion of a one-page flyer or small promotional item in all attendee packets.

  • Complimentary access to an edited attendee list three weeks prior to or after the event which may be used for a one-time mailing to those attendees.

  • Listing on the LIMRA and LOMA CMCE webpage of your logo, description and website

  • Recognition during the Conference.

  • Listing as a sponsor on pre-show marketing materials (registration brochure), reaching more than 4,500 people. (A signed contract and full payment for the chosen sponsorship must be received by LOMA by February 20, 2009 to be listed in registration brochure).

 

Conference Bag Sponsorship ($5,000)

  • Registration for 1 person; additional personnel can be registered at the rate of $895 per person. The individuals will be officially registered and listed as delegates and invited to attend all conference events.

  • Recognition during the Conference.

  • Acknowledgement in the onsite program with an ad on the back cover of the program (sponsorship must be paid no later than May 22, 2009).

  • Complimentary access to an edited attendee list three weeks prior to or after the event which may be used for a one-time mailing to those attendees.

  • Listing on the LIMRA and LOMA CMCE webpage of your logo, description and website

  • Listing as a sponsor on pre-show marketing materials (registration brochure), reaching more than 4,500 people. (A signed contract and full payment for the chosen sponsorship must be received by LOMA by February 20, 2009 to be listed in registration brochure).

 

Conference Materials

Provide us with your branded item(s) and we will stuff them into the attendee packets.  You can provide pens, pads, Post-It Notes, luggage tags or highlighters.  If you have an item that is not listed that you would like to provide, please contact us to discuss directly.  The cost for this is $1,200 for each item that you choose to provide.
