Compliance & Market Conduct Exchange Conference, sponsored by LOMA and LIMRA
International, provides the ideal venue for organizations to promote products,

life insurers.

space is limited to tabletop displays or similar sized displays. Each exhibiting
organization will receive:

spaces are not confirmed until the Conference Organizers have a signed contract.
Spaces will be assigned by the Conference Organizers based on the order in which
the contracts are received. Unpaid exhibit spaces after October 3, 2008 will be
subject to being re-sold to other clients.
The
exhibitor fee includes two conference registrations, which does not include
hotel or related expenses.
Additional
Exhibit Staff:
Any
personnel from your company, beyond the two conference registrations that are
included with your exhibitor fee, must register at the regular conference
registration fees. They can register online or download a registration form at http://www.loma.org/marketconduct.asp.
The registration fees are LOMA/LIMRA Members $825 & Nonmembers $1,295 per
person by October 3, 2008.

the Conference. While there are no official hours for the exhibits, exhibitors
are encouraged to have staff at their display table, during the following

As a Sponsor of the events/items above, your company will receive:

Listing
as a sponsor on pre-show marketing materials (registration brochure),
reaching more than 5,000 people. (A signed contract and full payment for the
chosen sponsorship must be received by LOMA by July 15, 2008 to be listed in
registration brochure).

Registration
for 2 people from your company. The individuals will be officially
registered and listed as delegates and invited to attend all conference
events. Additional personnel must register at the regular conference
registration fees and may register online at http://www.loma.org/marketconduct.asp.

than October 3, 2008 to be published in the online program.)

Materials Sponsor Fee:
$2,000
Provide
us with your branded item(s) and we will stuff them into the attendee bags. You
can provide small items, such as mugs/stainless steel mugs, pens/highlighters,
pads, Post-It Notes, luggage tags, USB memory sticks/flash drives, or 2009
calendars. If you have an item that is not listed that you would like to
provide, please contact us to discuss. The cost for this is $2,000 for each item
that you choose to provide. This fee does not include exhibit space and does not
include your conference registration(s).
