LOMA 316: Business Law for Financial
Services Professionals – Canada is critical for learning the basic features
of the legal environment in which Canadian financial services companies operate
globally. Broken into two parts, the text first describes general
principles of business law, and then the special types of legal issues
that affect financial services companies.
This course provides an overview of
general business law principles that affect all Canadian businesses. Learn the
specifics of how the legal rights and obligations of financial services
companies are affected when they market and service financial products.
