LOMA 316: Business Law for Financial Services Professionals – Canada is critical for learning the basic features of the legal environment in which Canadian financial services companies operate globally. The FFSI Designation Program
The FFSI program requires the student to complete either LOMA 311 or LOMA 316 (the Canadian Supplement). These courses cover the product and administrative aspects of the financial services industry as a whole and provides a context for understanding the design, support, and marketing of financial services. This knowledge enables you to better communicate with and understand your clients’ needs whether you work with a financial services company or an agent network.

The FFSI program is a series of self-study courses, which can be taken individually or as a group to meet your professional development needs. It provides a broad and customizable financial services curriculum that will enhance your skills and expertise both professionally and personally.
