The group rate is available until Monday, August 19, 2013 or until the blocked space is sold out, whichever comes first.
Daily resort fee includes: Internet access (in-suite and campus wide at City Center), two bottles of water per room per day, local and 800 number phone calls, access to Vdara Fitness Center, daily newspaper at front desk, nightly turn-down service upon request, and guest robes upon request. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 am.
Very important: When you make your hotel reservation your credit card will be charged the first night's room rate plus resport fee and tax at that time. Full refunds will be issued on your credit card if canceled within 48 hours of your confirmed arrival date.

Refund Policy: All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing. These requests carry a $100.00 U.S. administrative charge. Full refunds minus the administrative fee will be granted on written requests received no later than ten business days before the meeting. No refunds will be granted if the request is received within ten business days of the meeting. If for any reason a meeting is cancelled, LOMA will refund the total registration fee. However, LOMA will not be responsible for any travel, hotel accommodations, or other costs incurred. Cancellation requests should be submitted to email@example.com.
