The special room rates apply to reservations made by May 22, 2013, and are available four nights prior to and after the conference dates. A daily buffet breakfast can be added for S$39++ per person per day (subject to service charge and GST). Check in time is 14.00 hours (2:00 p.m.) and check out time is 12:00 noon.

Visa Requirements

Some participants may need a visa to enter Singapore. Before making any travel arrangements you should contact the Singaporean embassy or consulate in your location for the latest information. Refund Policy: All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing. These requests carry a $100.00 U.S. administrative charge. Full refunds minus the administrative fee will be granted on written requests received no later than ten business days before the meeting. No refunds will be granted if the request is received within ten business days of the meeting. If for any reason a meeting is cancelled, the Conference Organizers will refund the total registration fee. However, the Conference Organizers will not be responsible for any travel, hotel accommodations or other costs incurred. Cancellation requests should be submitted to meetings@loma.org.
