Registration Fee includes admission to all general sessions, concurrent sessions, welcome reception, two continental breakfasts, conferment banquet, and a Disney ticket. Guest registration fee includes admission to all conference events. LOMA policy allows the purchase of one guest registration per fully paid registration. Guest cannot be a new designee.

A child registration (ages 4–15) includes a Disney Park ticket, admission to the Welcome Reception, and admission to the Children's Party on Tuesday night during the Conferment Banquet.

$149 per night, single or double, plus $10 hotel fee and tax (currently 12.5%)

For the benefit of our attendees and guests, the LOMA rate will be honored three days before and after the official conference dates.

Refund Policy: All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing. These requests carry a $100.00 U.S. administrative charge. Full refunds minus the administrative fee will be granted on written requests received no later than ten business days before the meeting. No refunds will be granted if the request is received within ten business days of the meeting. If for any reason a meeting is cancelled, LOMA will refund the total registration fee. However, LOMA will not be responsible for any travel, hotel accommodations, or other costs incurred. Cancellation requests should be submitted to meetings@loma.org.
