Productivity Index
Each candidate report summarizes the five key productivity indicators and risk factors you need to make hiring decisions:
- Personal productivity
- Work effort and persistence
- Service and support
- Counterproductive work behavior
- Turnover risk
In addition, you will learn the reliability of each candidate's responses and receive a targeted list of interview questions.
