EXHIBITOR/DISPLAY REGISTRATION FEE – $1,595 LOMA Member ($2,195 Non-Member)

One complimentary conference registration is included with each display reserved. One additional conference registration is available for $495 and the exhibiting organization may elect to register the additional staff member at any time prior to the conference.

It is in the best interest of the exhibitors to have a representative at their display during these periods. Each exhibitor will receive one conference registration for use by the exhibit staff to attend the entire conference.

Displays should be assembled no later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2007. Displays may be dismantled and removed at the conclusion of the conference sessions on Friday, March 2, 2007. 

SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES:

To ensure the quality of conference sponsors, LOMA reserves the right to exclude exhibitors that in their sole discretion deems inappropriate for the conference.

Sponsorship is not confirmed until LOMA has received a signed application. Unpaid sponsorships will be subject to being re-sold.

Wednesday, February 28, 2007 (All times are tentative)
Reception and Registration in Exhibit Area: 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, March 1, 2007 (All times are tentative)
Continental Breakfast: 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.
Refreshment Breaks: 9:30 – 9:45 a.m., 3:00 – 3:15 p.m.
Reception in Exhibit Area: 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.

Friday, March 2, 2007 (All times are tentative)
Continental Breakfast: 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.
Refreshment Break: 10:15 – 10:30 a.m. 

Reception Sponsor
(Cost: $7,500)
Lunch Sponsor (Cost: $7,500)
• Recognition of the sponsorship at the event with signage and from the conference podium. 
• An appropriate 60-minute presentation on the conference program. Sponsorship must be paid no later than September 30 to ensure a session on the program.
• One exhibit space with one electrical outlet - the exhibit area will be host to a reception Wednesday and Thursday evening, continental breakfast each morning and refreshment breaks each day. 
• Two full conference registrations. Additional personnel can be registered at the rate of $495. The individuals will be officially registered and listed as delegates. 
• Distribution of one piece of collateral in the registration packets. 
• A listing and product description in the onsite material (must commit no later than January 31, 2007 to be published in the onsite program.) 
• Online exposure on the conference Web site. 
• One-time use mailing list (Your choice - three weeks prior to or three weeks following the event.)

Breakfast Sponsor (Cost: $2,995)
Refreshment Break Sponsor (Cost: $2,995)
