Presentation – Mike Rayburn
In his hilarious, musically amazing, motivational keynote, “What If... and Why Not?” Mike Rayburn does what no other presenter can do. Not only is Mike a world-class guitarist and stand-up comedian, he is an authority on personal development and human potential. In this energetic presentation Mike uses his guitar and comedy to teach three simple, powerful tools attendees can use immediately and forever to access their unrealized potential, to look at old things in a new way, and to leap beyond their perceived limitations.
The POWER OF LIFE INSURANCE
Melissa Wandall, Director, Mark Wandall Foundation
Our industry has an important role to play in the lives of our clients, providing the financial advice and protection they need to achieve their goals and handle unforeseen circumstances. Wandal is proof of this. In October 2003, her husband was killed when a driver ran a red light. Hear how their financial planning not only allowed Melissa to remain in their home, but also helped her found the Mark Wandall Foundation which supports local charities, funds college scholarships, and hosts events to enrich the lives of children who have experienced loss.

City Tour -- San Diego Land & Sea
You will begin your adventure by sightseeing San Diego's historical Gaslamp Quarter. This historic heart of downtown San Diego is the 16½ block Gaslamp Quarter, an urban, Victorian dining and entertainment district that captures the lively spirit of a bygone era. Next, discover the sparkling side of San Diego on a cruise of one of the world's greatest natural harbors. The captain steers in for a closer look at the activity surrounding our beautiful natural harbor as professional guides narrate. Highlights may include the San Diego skyline, Coronado Bridge,
and Ballast Point. After touring the highlights of our lovely city on the bay, see the highlights of “America's Finest City" by land: We’ll visit Old Town, the first commercial, political and social center of San Diego for more than half a century and the birthplace of California's first mission. Last on this tour, you'll see Balboa Park, considered one of the most beautiful, diversified and culturally enriching parks in North America. Balboa Park is home to an amazing museum complex which is unique because of its centralized arrangement and cultural diversity.
Coronado and La Jolla
Take a special tour of Coronado, one of California's most charming coastal resort towns, and learn how it grew from a shrub filled peninsula into one of the most fabled playgrounds of its time. Following the tour and time permitting, you will enjoy free time to wander the shops and beaches of this lovely island city. From there, we are headed to La Jolla, known to many as "The Jewel by the Sea," La Jolla boasts rocky cliffs, sandy coves, beautiful beaches, palm trees and brilliant flowers. It is also home to numerous boutiques, galleries and artists’ studios. Feel free to peruse the various shops or have a wonderful lunch at one of La Jolla’s many fine restaurants.
Birch Aquarium
Choose this tour and you will enjoy an afternoon of adventure at the Birch Aquarium at Scripps. This 11,000 square foot aquarium is home to fish from the waters of the Pacific Northwest all the way to the Sea of Cortez, a "kelp forest" with a host a marine life, a wonderful outdoor tide pool, computer terminals to research the animals on view, and a spectacular view of the La Jolla shoreline, inhabited by numerous local sea animals. You can explore the largest oceanographic exhibit in the US at the museum and educational center in the facility. The museum features a seismographic table, a simulated deep-sea ridge, and hands-on learning stations on topics such as seawater recycling, and global warming and earthquakes. The tour concludes with free time to explore the shops, cafes and art galleries, and spectacular views of the La Jolla shores area.
