LOMA Service Turnaround Times Survey for Asia

Participating companies will be able to determine how their service times for each of these types of life insurance compare to other companies throughout Asia.

The LOMA Service Turnaround Times Survey for Asia illustrates how individual life providers are performing in administration, new business and policyowner service throughout the Asian region.

Specific sections include:

  • New Business Issue Times
  • Policyowner Service Functions
  • Turnaround Tracking Methods
  • Persistency/Conservation Practices
  • Premium Billing and Collections Functions
  • Underwriting

Comparison of Key Measures – Receive reports comparing service times of your company compared to statistics of companies in your region.

Summary Report for Your Country – For countries where there are four or more companies participating, LOMA will provide a summary report to participants for that country, including a comparison of their results to the other companies in that country.  Information specific to each company will remain confidential but will allow companies in these countries an opportunity to see how they compare to their country's peers.

Peer Group Comparison Available – Participants may receive a report comparing their results to a group of peer companies that they define (an additional US $95 fee applies).  Company-specific information will remain confidential.
