Latest LOMA Offering Completes Online Path to ALMI®—New Financial Concepts Course Delivered in Highly-Interactive Format
ATLANTA – June 28, 2016 – LOMA today announced
the recent launch of its latest highly-interactive online educational course, The Business of Insurance: Applying
Financial Concepts (LOMA 308).
The new course, Business of Insurance: Applying Financial Concepts, is the fifth
and final course in the Associate, Life Management Institute® (ALMI) program to
be delivered in the popular interactive format.
“This course benefits employees at all levels who need to understand the
financial concepts and applications that are critical to a company's
profitability, solvency and ability to fulfill its obligations,” said

can experience the entire ALMI designation curriculum in our popular and

and exercises that help learners to understand and apply important financial
concepts and principles in their own work environments. The course,
consisting of three modules (“The Economy”, “The Insurance Industry” and “Financial
Concepts”), takes approximately 8–10 hours to complete and includes
examinations at the end of each module.
