LOMA Publication Wins Four Honors

ATLANTA, Nov. 18, 2016— LOMA today announced their flagship publication, LOMA Resource Magazine, won four editorial awards.

The magazine earned two awards from the Georgia chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and two from the Atlanta chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).

LOMA’s Resource Magazine won the Phoenix award for Financial Writing for the article, “The Retirement Challenge.” LOMA editor Jennifer Rankin authored the piece in the April 2016 edition of the magazine. The Phoenix award, PRSA’s highest honor, recognizes communications work done in Atlanta for national and international organizations.

Additionally, Resource Magazine won two IABC Golden Flame Awards, sponsored by the Atlanta chapter of IABC:

  • Gold Award, Magazines. This award is based on content and design for three consecutive issues, the March, April and May 2016 issues.
  • Gold Award, Writing, for the April article, “The Retirement Challenge,” written by Jennifer Rankin.
