LIMRA and LOMA Name Mark Wallis To Lead International Business Development

Mark WallisWINDSOR, Conn., June 18, 2014—LIMRA and LOMA today announced that Mark Wallis has been appointed to be managing director of International Business Development.

Based in Hong Kong, Wallis will be responsible for working with LIMRA and LOMA’s regional directors and sales representatives to identify and develop business opportunities with international member companies in Asia and Latin America.  He will also play a key role in developing LIMRA and LOMA’s member consulting services business, offering his subject matter expertise in the fields of agency structure, productivity improvement, training and development, and compensation review.

Wallis has more than 25 years of insurance industry experience working in agency development and training roles with companies including New York Life, AIA and most recently as head of Business Development — Tied Agents, Asia Pacific and Middle East region at Zurich Life Insurance in Hong Kong.
