LOMA Launches Online Training Program to Help New Employees Understand the Insurance Industry
ATLANTA - April 7, 2010 - To help insurance
companies provide new employees with basic insurance knowledge,
LOMA recently launched its Insurance Onboarding Series.

Insurance Industry Overview" and "The Life of an Insurance Policy."
Learners will experience interactive, job-relevant training that
helps them become more productive more quickly.
Designed to complement LOMA's Need-2-Know program, the Insurance
Onboarding Series is accompanied by an optional discussion guide
and can be easily integrated into a company's existing onboarding
training program. The training offers engaging and
job-related content to help new employees better understand the
life insurance industry while reducing a company's administration
