It's official: Printable eCertificates are available now for all LOMA courses! We've revamped the system so that traditional, proctored, paper and I*STAR exam courses have an end-of-course certificate for students to print out, send in for reimbursement, or pin up in their cubicles to keep track of their progress.

eCertificates have been available for online and other course formats for a long time, and earlier this year, we introduced temporary designation certificates for students to print while they're waiting for the official ones from LOMA. Now, students who have completed any LOMA course—regardless of format—can print a “Notice of Completion” directly from LOMA’s learning system! This expanded feature provides quick proof of completion for any course. Completed designations still have a printable Notice of Completion, too, and students will continue to receive “official” printed certificates upon completion of designations.

Students can easily print their “Notice of Completion” for a course or a designation. Here's how:

  1. Log in to the learning system.
  2. Find the finished course or designation.
    • Recent items (up to 90 days) can be found under "My Completed Learning" on the Learning Home page.
    • Both new and old accomplishments are available on the Learning History page, under "All My Learning" or "Designations."

  3. On the right side of the table, make sure "View Certificate" is visible in the drop menu.
  4. Press the "Go" button.
  5. The system will create a PDF of the certificate. It can be opened and printed right away, or saved to the computer for emailing or printing later.

This latest enhancement is an obvious benefit for students who submit for reimbursement of their enrollment expenses, or receive their completion certificates in international mail.
